コロナ禍のアラブ首長国連邦への渡航要件となります。
情報は最新のものとなる様、努めますが、諸般の事情により更新が遅れる場合があります。大使館などの情報と併用の上、ご利用いただきます様、よろしくお願いします。
 
1.下記Xに該当する場合を除き旅客は原則入国禁止。
XUAE国民、および居住者
Xスポンサーまたはスポンサーの一親等の家族と一緒に旅行している家事労働者。
XUAE発行の入国ビザをもつ旅客。
X観光客としてAbu Dhabi (AUH), Dubai (DXB), Ras-al-Khaima (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ)に旅行する者で、往復または第三国へのチケットを有する者。
Xアブダビによって事前に発行されたビザをもつアブダビへの旅客。
XBahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia国民。
XFast Track programでドバイに旅行する大韓民国の国民で事前に手配されたビザまたは入国の事前承認を受けた者。
X日本など下記※1の国民、および英国の旅券・市民権、香港の旅券を所持し、アブダビに旅行する者。
X米国発行のビザ、米国英国およびEU加盟国によるによる居住許可を持ちアブダビに旅行するインド国民。
Xアブダビの居住ビザを所持する旅客。
XUAEいずれかにて事前に発行されたビザを持ち、アブダビに旅行する旅客。
X入国許可と帰国航空券を持ち、Safe Travel Corridor program下で渡航するインドネシア国民。
 
2. ドバイに到着する旅客は医療スクリーニングを受ける可能性があります。
また、出発前にCOVID-19 DXB Smart Appのダウンロードと登録が必要です。
 
3.ドバイ(DXB)、またはシャルジャ(SHJ)に観光目的で旅行するものは健康保険への加入が必要。
 
4.Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan or Sri Lankaから居住ビザにてドバイ、マクトゥム(DWC)に戻るUAE居住者は出発前に下記にてGDRFA取得が必要。
下記Xは除外される。
XUAE国民の一親等家族、および同行する家事労働者。
XBahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia国民。
XUAE発行のゴールデン居住ビザを所持する旅客。
 
5.ドバイ(DXB)、またはアルマクトゥム(DWC)に入国する旅客は以下が求められる。
〇QRコード付きの下記※2のCOVID19ワクチン完全接種済証明書
( US COVID-19 Vaccination Record Cardは除く。)
または
〇最後の直行便の出発48時間前のPCR、またはRT-PCR検査の英文(またはアラビア語)でQRコード付きの陰性証明書。
※発行は出発国の認定機関である必要があります。
または
〇出発前1か月以内のQRコード付きCOVID19回復証明書
 
ただし、下記Xに該当する場合は除外される。
XUAE国民、および居住者
Xスポンサーまたはスポンサーの一親等の家族と一緒に旅行している家事労働者。
X12歳未満の旅客。
X障害のある旅客。
 
6.下記※3諸国からAbu Dhabi (AUH), Fujairah (FJR), Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ)に入国する旅客は入国するフライトの出発48時間以内のPCR、またはRT-PCR検査のプリントされた陰性証明書(英文またはアラビア語)でQRコード付きの陰性証明書を所持する必要があります。
※発行は出発国の認定機関である必要があります。
下記Xは除外。
X12歳未満の旅客。
XQRコード付きの下記※4のCOVID19ワクチン完全接種済証明書をもつ旅客。
X出発前1か月以内のQRコード付きCOVID19回復証明書をもつ旅客。
X障害をもつ旅客。
 
7.下記※5以外からAbu Dhabi (AUH), Fujairah (FJR), Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ) に入国する旅客は最初の搭乗地の出発48時間以内のPCR、またはRT-PCRのプリントされた英文(またはアラビア語)のQRコード付陰性証明書を提示する必要がある。
※発行は出発国の認定機関である必要があります。
以下Xに該当する旅客は除外。
X16歳未満の旅客は除外。
XQRコード付きの下記※6のCOVID19ワクチン完全接種済証明書をもつ旅客。
X出発前1か月以内のQRコード付きCOVID19回復証明書をもつ旅客。
X障害をもつ旅客。
 
8.UAE出発時に提示されたUAE発行のCOVID-19陰性証明書は出発要件を満たしている場合、ドバイ(DXB)またはアルマクトゥーム(DWC)への再入国も許可されます。
 
9.ドバイ、およびアルマクトゥム(DWC)に入国する旅客は到着後、RT-PCRを受ける必要があり、検査結果が出るまで隔離される場合があります。
 
10.Abu Dhabi (AUH), Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ) に入国する旅客は到着後、RT-PCRを受ける可能性があります。
 
11.旅客は隔離の対象となる場合があります。
Xただし、※7のCOVID19ワクチン完全接種済証明書を提示する者は除外となります。
 
12.アブダビのビザ施設が再開されました。
 
13.2020年12月まで延長されたアラブ首長国連邦によって発行された期限切れの居住許可は、入国のために受け入れられます。 乗客は、延長された有効性の証明を提示する必要があります。
 
14.XFast Track programでドバイに旅行する大韓民国の国民はIsolation Exemption Certificate’を所持する必要がある。
 
15.乗客はトランジットのためにアブダビ(AUH)において24時間以上T滞在できません。
トランジット時間が12時間を超える場合、乗客はくエアサイドホテルの予約をする必要があります。
 
16.ナイジェリア国民は帰国用航空券、滞在期間を満たすホテルの予約確認書が必要。
※居住ビザをもつものは除外。
 
17.シャルジャ(SHJ)に入国する旅客はALHOSNアプリのダウンロードが必要。
 
18.プリントされた検査陰性証明書(最初のフライト出発72時間以内のPCR、またはRT-PCR検査)をもたないクルーは次のフライトまで隔離される可能性があります。
 
19.アブダビに入国する旅客は出発前に下記から登録し、生成されるQRコードを出発、および到着時に提示する必要がある。
XUAE国民は除外される。

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter.
 
– This does not apply to:
 
– nationals and residents of United Arab Emirates;
 
– domestic workers who are traveling with the sponsor or with the first degree family members of the sponsor;
 
– passengers with an entry permit issued by United Arab Emirates;
 
– passengers traveling as tourists to Abu Dhabi (AUH), Dubai (DXB), Ras-al-Khaima (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ) with a return/onward ticket;
 
– passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a pre-arranged visa issued by Abu Dhabi;
 
– nationals and residents of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia;
 
– nationals of Korea (Rep.) traveling under the Fast Track program and traveling to Dubai (DXB). They must have a pre-arranged visa or a pre-approval to enter;

– nationals of India with a visa issued by the USA or with a residence permit issued by USA, United Kingdom or an EU Member State traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH);
 
– passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a resident visa;
 
– passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a pre-arranged visa issued by any emirate;
 
– nationals of Indonesia traveling under the Safe Travel Corridor program. They must have an entry permit and a return ticket.
 
2. Passengers arriving at Dubai (DXB):
 
– are subject to medical screening, and
 
– must download and register the COVID-19 DXB Smart App before departure or upon arrival.
 
3. Passengers traveling as tourists arriving at Dubai (DXB) or Sharjah (SHJ) must have health insurance.
 
 
4. Residents of United Arab Emirates with a residence visa returning to Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) and arriving from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan or Sri Lanka must have a GDRFA approval obtained before departure at https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReturnPermitService.aspx .
 
– This does not apply to:
 
– first degree family members of nationals of United Arab Emirates and their accompanying domestic workers;
 
– nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia;
 
– passengers with a golden residence visa issued by United Arab Emirates.
 
5. Passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) must have:
 
– a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V. The certificate must have a QR code (except the US COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card); or
 
– a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The test certificate must be in Arabic or English and must be issued by a laboratory accredited by the departure country. The test certificate must also have a QR code; or
 
– a COVID-19 recovery certificate with a QR code issued at most 1 month before departure.
 
– This does not apply to:
 
– nationals of United Arab Emirates and their first degree family members;
 
– domestic workers who are traveling with the sponsor or with the first degree family members of the sponsor;
 
– passengers younger than 12 years;
 
– passengers with disabilities.
 
6. Passengers entering Abu Dhabi (AUH), Fujairah (FJR), Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ) from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Botswana, Congo, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Eswatini, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Mozambique, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda, Viet Nam, Zambia or Zimbabwe must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The test certificate must be in Arabic or English and must be issued by a laboratory accredited by the departure country.
 
– This does not apply to:
 
– passengers younger than 16 years;
 
– passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate with a QR code showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V;

Rep.), Eswatini, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Mozambique, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda, Viet Nam, Zambia or Zimbabwe must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test certificate must be in Arabic or English and must be issued by a laboratory accredited by the departure country.
 
– This does not apply to:
 
– passengers younger than 16 years;
 
– passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate with a QR code showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V;
 
– passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate with a QR code issued at most 1 month before departure;

8. A negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued in United Arab Emirates presented upon departure from United Arab Emirates can be accepted for re-entry into Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) if it meets the specific requirements based on the departure country.
 
9. Passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) could be subject to a COVID-19 RT-PCR test upon arrival and quarantine until the test result is ready.
 
10. Passengers entering Abu Dhabi (AUH), Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ) are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.
 
11. Passengers could be subject to quarantine.
 
– This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V.
 
12. Visa on arrival facilities at Abu Dhabi (AUH) restarted.
 
13. Expired residence permits issued by the United Arab Emirates that have been extended until December 2020 are accepted for entry. Passengers must present proof of the extended validity.
 
14. Nationals of Korea (Rep.) traveling under the Fast Track program must have an ‘Isolation Exemption Certificate’.
 
15. Passengers are not allowed to transit through Abu Dhabi (AUH) for more than 24 hours. Passengers must have a confirmed airside hotel booking if their transit time exceeds 12 hours.
 
16. Nationals of Nigeria must have a return ticket, and a hotel booking or proof of accommodation address for the period of intended stay.
 
– This does not apply to passengers with a resident visa.
 
17. Passengers arriving at Sharjah (SHJ) must download the ALHOSN App.
 
18. Airline crew without a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test result of a test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point are subject to quarantine until their next flight.
 
19. Passengers entering Abu Dhabi (AUH) must register before departure on https://smartservices.ica.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/guest/index.html#/registerArrivals . This will generate a QR code which must be presented before departure and upon arrival.
 
– This does not apply to nationals of United Arab Emirates.
